Pop Shot is an aiming puzzle: a spiked ball hanging in mid-air, balloons somewhere in the structure, and one single shot to pop them all. The thinking is angle, bounce, trajectory — the right aim often points at the wall, not at the balloon. It runs in the browser: open games.tikforge.net/en/games/pop-shot in a tab, with nothing to download and no game account to link.

One thing said up front, so you do not go looking for it: Pop Shot is not connected to TikTok gifts. There is no action to set up, the live stream does not touch it — for now you just play.

How to play

You press and hold on the ball (the grab radius is generous, fingers are not a mouse), drag backwards and release: you pull back and the ball goes forward, like a slingshot. The length of the drag is the power, the direction is the opposite of where you pulled. Any direction works, downwards included: above a funnel, dropping it is the shot. A gesture that is too short does not count as a shot.

Then the ball flies and you watch. It is very bouncy but not fast: gravity is low, the flight is slow and readable, and every wall keeps it alive for a long time. There is no ceiling above the field — it can fly off the screen and gravity brings it back down. Underneath, though, there is the void: the levels are structures suspended in mid-air, and a ball that drops past the edge has lost.

The most important rule is this: the flight never stops on its own. There is no timer, there is no ball that runs out. A shot ends in one of two ways only: the last balloon pops, or the ball falls into the void. If it is left rattling around in a dip, the ↺ button at the bottom puts it back on the sling — it only appears while the ball is in flight, which is the only moment you need it.

Every balloon that pops tells you how many are left; from three onwards in the same flight, COMBO ×N appears. Pop them all and it is LEVEL COMPLETE! and on to the next one.

The 21 levels

There are 21 official levels and they are all open from the start: no locks, no progression to earn. You pick them from the grid, which opens from the LVL.n number at the top (or with the L key). The game remembers the last level you played and reopens there, but that is only a convenience: you can jump wherever you like.

The field is always the same, measured in units and not in pixels: the game fits it to the screen with a uniform scale. That means the bounces are identical on a phone and on a monitor, and a level that can be solved can be solved anywhere. Every official level is proven solvable, and the required passage is often tuned to the hair: the gap is barely wider than the ball, so it only fits dead centre.

The level editor

At the end of the level grid there is a little square with a +: that is the editor, and anyone can use it. The level you build is saved in your browser and lands at the end of the grid, after the 21 official ones, with its own number. From there you play it by clicking the number, and reopen it for editing with the pencil ✎.

You work by dragging: every piece moves when you grab it, stretches and rotates by pulling the handles at its ends, and triangles are reshaped from their three corners. The bar at the bottom is all there is to it (the editor is an internal tool, so its buttons are labelled in Italian in every language):

ButtonWhat it does
+ bloccoAdds a bar: it is the piece walls, ramps and shelves are built from.
+ palloncinoAdds a balloon to pop. You need all of them to complete the level.
+ triangoloAdds a solid triangle: the spikes and points in the levels are made this way.
grosso +Thickens the selected piece (triangles scale up).
fino −Thins it down. It is the slider that decides whether a gap can be passed or not.
eliminaRemoves the selected piece.
+ livelloCreates a new, empty level after the one you are working on.
− livelloDeletes the level you are working on.
PROVAPlays the level as it is, without leaving the editor. The same button takes you back.
SALVASaves your level in the browser and puts it in the grid.
esciBack to the game. Anything you have not saved is lost.

The point the ball starts from is a piece you can move too: put it wherever you want it to hang. And before you call a level finished, actually play it: a gap narrower than the ball is not hard, it is closed — the ball does not fit and the shot does not even die on its own.

The settings and the timer

The gear at the top left opens the little panel. Inside there is the timer, the one for people keeping Pop Shot on screen while live: you set minutes and seconds and ▶ Start begins the countdown, which stops at zero. The same button becomes ⏸ Pause while it runs, and ⏱️ Reset timer puts it back to the time you set. Set to 0:00 it works as a stopwatch and counts up instead of down.

SettingWhat it does
Timer fontThe typeface of the digits, picked from the same list as the overlays: Anton, Bangers, Bebas Neue, Luckiest Guy, Monoton, Press Start 2P, Pacifico and about twenty more.
Timer colorThe colour of the digits, from a palette that also takes a hex code.
SizeHow big the timer is on screen.
Background color and Background opacityThe box behind the digits: colour and how much of it shows, down to nothing.
Minutes and SecondsThe starting time of the countdown.
⛶ Full screenThe game full screen. The label changes to exit, and the browser's ESC works too.
🧩 LevelsOpens the level grid.
🎁 Reset gifts · ❤️ Reset likesThey wipe the Top gifters and Top likers overlays without going through the dashboard.

The font, the colour, the size, the background, the time you set, the last level played and the levels you have built stay saved in the browser.

The controls

  • Aim and shoot: only by dragging on the ball, with a finger or the mouse. You cannot shoot from the keyboard.
  • R — puts the ball back on the sling, like the ↺ button.
  • L — opens and closes the level grid. So does Esc, which first of all closes the settings if they are open.
  • Space — after a completed level, skips the wait and moves on to the next one.

Things worth knowing

  • The wall is your ally: the levels are built so that the right route is almost always a bounce. If you look at the balloon and cannot find the line, look at the wall in front of it.
  • Nobody is rushing you: there is no timed score and no attempt limit. The timer in the panel is for the stream, not for you.
  • The gaps are tuned to the hair: when a passage looks impossible, it is usually passable but only with the ball dead centre. That is on purpose.
  • Your levels stay yours: they live in your browser, so nobody else sees them, and they disappear if you change computer or clear the site's data.
  • A subscription is required: Pop Shot is part of the TikForge catalogue, so the game asks you to log in with an active subscription.
